Beyond the Block was birthed from the deep commitment of our founder, Ayesha Madden, to serve individuals in high-priority neighborhoods, which propelled her to address the crucial need for financial freedom. Recognizing the significance of financial literacy and the widespread lack of education, Ayesha took proactive steps by becoming a licensed financial professional, initially to educate those in her community. However, as she discussed her new venture with friends, she realized the broader need for financial education extended beyond the communities she interacted with.
